Our work continues throughout the implementation and lifecycle management of those solutions. From developing project plans to negotiating contracts to managing individual solutions, we are devoted to elevating your overall technology experience.

Who will I work with?

The Avista team is comprised of industry insiders. On average, each individual team member boasts 25 years of experience within the technology industry.

What will I have to do?

Initially, your job will be to talk while Avista listens carefully to your needs. You will need to articulate what your technology and business goals are over the next five years. (Depending on your industry, it might be helpful for us to know your goals further down the road as well.) You will need to explain what obstacles stand in your path to reaching these goals as well as your current pain points. We work collaboratively, so you will need to be prepared to commit enough time on the front end to give us the information we need to effectively do the work of building a strategic plan tailored to your organization. Eventually, your role will only require periodic check-ins while we manage your accounts and proactively bring new opportunities to your attention.

What will you do for me?

Avista will listen to you. You are the expert on your business, and you are the expert on your pain points. We are simply the experts in strategic technology solutions, guiding you as we handle the process from discovery to cleanup and beyond. Once we understand your needs, we will design a technology strategy that is unique to your organization. Avista delivers project updates on a regular basis throughout every project we manage. Navigator managed services clients receive regular invoice audits and reports that are customized to serve their unique needs. Vantage advisory services clients receive custom-built engagements designed by our industry experts to suit specific requirements.
